I studied your detailed brief, then I think the unique idea for your logo, According that I create some logos here, that means not only a symbol, its will depict the meaning of your activities. The '@' Symbol is not only computer sign, its representing internet also.
I use only the medical colour, as your request green, blue & White
I hope you will like this designs and its will reach the idea in your mind.
