I like #3 in general. Clean, Web 2.0-like, and it has a graphic. Very good. I don't like that the .com is squeezed in (I'd rather have it gone than squeezed in like that), and I'd like the graphic to be more integrated (maybe in place of a letter in "integrations"?)

I like that #14 and #15 can be swapped back and forth to create a horizontal or a vertical design. The lightbulb seems very generic, though.

I prefer #14 and #15 over #3 and #9 because the the light bulb does not interfere with the words, and I like that.

Can you make #16 more stylized? Currently, it's very flat. It also seems a little out of proportion (the waves are quite large compared to the center circle).
