I suspect this isnt what you had in mind, but I enjoy making this kind of logo anyway - I thought I'd get the ball rolling for you in the contest. Feedback welcome.

#1 Very cool. Simple and to the point. Not to say that I don't like a more complex image, but this looks real nice. Can imagine it on a label. Perhaps another color, maybe blue somewhere, a highlight on the rim or something funky with the leaves and star? I like the highlighted rim, but am not sure which way the light is coming from. Or use hops instead of leaves? I like the BLAM in your face simplicity of it very much! Thanks

Would like to see something including the Tricerafrog idea. Triceratop head frog body.

Question: is tricerafrog a brand by mr mcgeasil ? - do the words tricerafrog need to be written ? or is that just an image for mr mcgeasil ?

#3 it doesnt need to say tricerafrog on the logo. I was going to tell a story on the side of the bottle. It is not a brand more a mascot.

#4 Looks awesome. check out http://blog.mlive.com/kalamabrew_impact/2008/05/large_Hops_Cone.jpg. to see a pic of a hop cone. I think the pic you used looks a little more like grain, which is cool but there seems to be a lot of breweries with grain pics. Did you come up with other looks for the tricerafrog? maybe a little more definition and less bulk. I like the frog end, but can't quite make out the head. Great use of blue and the rim looks great. I really appreciate all the entries!

#6 Looks great. Thanks for being so great with direction. If I could be a little picky, would you mind making the frog body a little more pronounced or have the legs not go all the way to the head? Love the triceratop head! Thanks very much!

Don't worry about being picky, I'm a great consumer of your product and I enjoy working on this kind of project, so keep the feedback coming :) I've given him little arms too, I guess its only fair.

Husk, check out the tricerafrog that Nancy made. It would be great to incorporate something like this with your designs.
