I like your additions. Any ideas on how to enhance a Realtor. Probably comes from the write up not only logo.

Also, I added a tagline. I think it may help explain a bit more.

"Closing is just the beginning"

The idea is that the Realtor's benefit from a completed sale might just be getting started, due to the opportunity of more clients from the boxes. All of the family members and all of the neighbors will see the clients boxes and that will stick in the head of many people who also may need a Realtor.

Thus closing is just the beginning.

This is a message that may work for your target audience.
