TA wordmark design using the roof line over top of the letter "O" (earth)

I have never been a fan of using a globe as a logo especially in text, however we can accomplish the same idea by highlighting the letter "O" in the company blue which represent th earth.

Second reason is globe is in the company name it self explanatory and does not need a actual globe in the design.
