Hi Scott,

I wrote a bunch in the brief (not supposed to do that, I realized) but wanted to connect after all of your hard work.

#8 - think the 3 words have more impact but concerned about the lack of connection to the outlined spoon - means I could use the "spoonful" tag line somewhere else

Husband is partial to your stuff & keeps wanting me to ask about different fonts for the word purple and more - I don't know if that would be a less clean look

#3 I like - but the chunks aren't really what personal development is like - they're more like a bunch of little pieces - particles - chunks make me think of chocolate rather than parts of the self

Thank you again for participating, this has been a great experience & I appreciate your time...

Wow! definitely options - mulling over the true "nature" of the brand I'm developing - as an aside though - the circle with lighter on top and darker on bottom - separated by spoon - symbolically captures the conscious/unconsious nature of "the work" - says something about "going under" "diving in" - which is the whole point of self development - thank you - my husband loves your style - inspiration - I'll sleep on these now & let them settle

I really like what you've done - concerned the color combo is still not exactly right - it's like it needs a bit more purple - but I can't tell if it's my computer screen that's deceptive - keep thinking that if it was in the right purple shade it would work - then I find myself wondering if it's too dark - then I put it up against the wave on twitter & see that it matches the darker shades - so I'm in a bit of a confusion - would welcome your thoughts about this...

I work strictly in CMYK press. RGB is only for web and video media types...here is a web version base on your Twitter page

Also if you do not have a calibrated monitor the colours will appear off...If you ever gone into a big electronics store and they always have an entire wall of LCD, Plasma display etc and you notice a colour variation between each display that is what I mean...there are many factors when it comes to colour calibration and no 2 monitors will be 100% alike.

Colour calibration is mainly for press work but there is web color calibration as well (web friendly colours)

Wow! you are like a logo machine - curious, what were you thinking when you brought the handle out past the circle - it's interesting - also like that you dropped the 'spoonful of purple' - made the spoon stand out a bit - thank you for submitting - I see the color much better - you actually nailed my exact, mostest, favoritist, lavender in the top - big smiles... Hi Scott,

So I continue to be a bit enamoured with that darn chartreuse green - one of the things that makes "my work" kinda special, is I'm usually able to see and define a person's "growing edge" pretty quickly - it's the line that if they could see it, understand it, get conscious about it - would produce lots of new freedom, intimacy, vitality - that kind of thing - - the spoon that slices the middle of #48 - actually symbolizes that edge - it was one of the reasons I liked the design so well -

What do you think that would look like in the green? I didn't like the words in the green - thanks for letting me see that - but I'm still trying to find a way to work it in... #48

I have no idea whether I am exceeding the sharing of thoughts with you - wouldn't want to be presumptuous - let me know when my feedback crosses "your line" - okay? thx Sam

Okay, Scott - you are funny - yes, there are a bunch of circles finding their way - lots of contributions - still wondering what #48 would look like with a green spoon - I really like the 2 shades of purple and the green spoon/line would really say it...

Also... on #77 - I am wondering if there's a way to have the purple be in the center - emerge and a green line follows the spirial - maybe thicker in the center - then flows out - just thoughts - the line across is just too linear for me... I like this one -

#76 although it is cool - I'm not thinking I can get myself wrapped around it...

Thank you for continuing to work on this

I happened to be an all-star player of Ms. Pacman - thank you very much:)

thank you for making the spoon -green - I'm not sure about it - at this point - I think I need to sleep on all of them overnight -

I've been holding them up against my "wave" from twitter - trying to picture them - and getting completely overwhelmed... thank you so much for being so responsive... really appreciate it ..

the gradient green to purple is just a bad combination. I am still trying to wrap mty head are the the spoon, what is the significance of the "spoon??

so I have another idea which pulls together the spoon in a yin-yang concept and each yin-yang is rotated to represent a flower for growth.

The spoon is secondary so you can have freedom around it - I describe myself often as a mix between Dr. Phil and Mary Poppins cuz I customize complex growth concepts in spoonfuls - the real issue is creating a logo that has the same depth. Comp,Edith as my wave - gonna have an illustrator create buildings nestled inside of a cave - a graphic mix of avatar and Harry potter - as the various activity centers on the site - my homes have color everywhere - to the tune of the dozens - so my eye tends to be drawn to the more complex - not quite ornate though - so feel free to break out - also like the unpredictable, the hidden - gosh, you"re great - flexible - open, thank you!

Had a brilliant brainstorm....the best for last. The abstract mark is based on Japanese Zen Gardens the idea here is river (purple) flowing inward (to fill) the 3 rings represent the bowel to be filled and Courageous, conscious, connected.

if you are truly looking for a design that speaks about what you do both intellectually and visually this is this perfect mark to represent your company.

The icon is strong enough and identifiable to stand on it's own

there is purpose to what O do

how it will appear in black and white..this is key when choosing a design...if a design cannot look great in BW no amount of eye candy can fix that.

as you can see the strength of #135 #137 and the weakness of #138 is like night and day...a design without meaning or purpose has no life...it's void and emotionless.

I maybe linear but I have my moments..

coffee you say :)..absolutley

hmmm.... I like your thinking - like the I ching myself - never thought about incorporating it - I think the fact that it comes from the top - feels like it's a "hinge" or a hook or something - so although I love the meaning - visually - my first glimpse doesn't connect - I like the one with no meaning #138 - there's something that's "moving" "alive" in that one - on #135 - can we make the 3 words larger so that they're more readable? by chance?

You are very fun!

I am wondering what a bunch of squiggly lines mean? other than disoriented and confused

I knew that - and in the context of "I have my moments" I think that's become quite clear - you are an inspired one - - :D ha ha - squiggly lines - I guess it's all in the interpretation - isn't that what makes your job super super hard - everyone has their own eye - untrained or not (me) - and we're drawn to what we're drawn to - based on all kinds of things - Im off to my conference - will stay close - btw - if you've ever thrown the Iching coins -it's pretty incredible how those squiggly lines come together - symbolism - as old as the neanderthals - up early... I notice..

did you end up withdrawing it ? I have a question, how deep do you get credit for ranking - if you have more than one in that group - does it count for more than one in your "ranking" credit and does it matter the final order that I place them in?
