We are looking to appeal to the tech-savvy homeowner, age 21-45, and somewhat masculine but more-so feminine (as women tend to have more influence when making large buying decisions)
Color Preferences
Designer's discretion - the logo will be used both on our website with a dark background, and on business cards with an off-white color. So if the lettering is separate than something that can be used in inverse.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
Stillwater is best known for it's historic lift bridge: http://www.flickr.com/photos/jeremy-j/2555291713/sizes/o/ and I like the way DiscoverStillwater.com has used this in their logo. Also, I think using a house in the logo has been overdone by every Realtor. So I'd prefer not to have one in mine.

Diamond Contest
We're sorry, but this contest is presently open to a limited pool of designers.
#3 and #4 are kind of on the right track, but none of the logos submitted so far are very feminine. I'm not completely opposed to having a house in the logo, but it would need to be something different like the logo here: http://www.phoenixmarkettrends.com
I'm thinking something more like #3 and #4 but with a round emblem type logo (kind of like the Starbucks logo). Probably with Stillwater Real Estate on the top so it's more visible, then mnhome.org at the bottom of the circle. If possible, maybe try to incorporate colors from my website in the logo as well. Feel free to ask any questions if you need clarification.
#36 - I can tell you've put a lot of work into the logo, but at this point it looks too much like a poker chip.
#33 - I like your design but the colors will look bad with my website. Also, please remove some of the houses and try to use the bridge referenced in the brief.
#34 - The purple dots on the side could be much smaller, or even a different shape. Still not thrilled with the font (and all caps) but the colors and overall design are the best so far
