Nice!
I love the creativity here...the concept and direction is great.
Any additional improvements are welcomed.

I think we can improve of the stethoscope and @ by giving it a more high tech startup look & feel...
right now it looks a bit childish.
but the direction is definitely clever.

Entry #7 is a great improvement!
The sphere gives the logo more depth.
I think that the stethoscope now needs to be adjusted in a 3D way, to wrap around / together with the ball...because the stethoscope is flat as apposed to the sphere.
Also see if you can find the correct color pallet to balance the stethoscope and the sphere...maybe reverse / negative effect.
