I like the shield, but dont like my initials "BM"; I always wondered why my parents did that to me. Maybe with just the B in the shield. I appreciate your creativity and the time you spent to submit.

the design direction has a professional look and feel while having a wee bit of femininity with being girly. It is approachable design that instill trust, key elements that are a must in your industry.

REview of my work

#43 yes, it's profession, higher end trust worthy and will look good on any substrate

#49 #50 #51 yes, has a profession quality with reference to MEC in the icon

#52 NO, has no bearing on you or the industry too flowery

#55 #56 a perfect combination with the use of the original shield and #49

it will look great on any substrate from letterhead, business cards t to coffee mugs etc.

#62 the abstract letter "M" in the form of twin peaks represents , moving mountains, fortitude and achieving goals by reach summits during one's career

The design is strong bold, confident and will identity with your target audience. No swoosh people were harmed in creating with new brand identity,..a designer inside joke.

The icon can stand on it's own

please keep in mind we can adjust colors at anytime to best suite with use in web and stationery.

#65 UPDATE TO #53

abstract letter M

As you noticed emphasis has been placed on Executive Coaching, however if Masterman is required to be first no problem as elements from any of my submission can be swapped around at anytime.

I like the logo of the three (a team with a leader) in an open circle. And, I like the emphasis on the MEC. However, MEC -if you google it- is not distinctive. Maybe if just the first three letters were highlighted but not featured, stacked next to the logo. Could you try that?

I work in Pantone colour system the colours may appear washout but that would be due to your display, the render engine used by Logo tournament to display iamges.

On my display these colours look great as my monitor is a high end graphics panel and colour calibrated.

some image you see on screen may appear bright but these were probably done in RGB (video) hence why they are bright.

I can explain this in more detail at a later time.

#87b is an RGB orange

#85 is a brighter Pantone orange but as mention conversion of Pantone to rgb and cmyk to rgb will appear flat on screen this is not the case in real life

Hi Scott- If you have a minute, could I see # 81 or 86 without the MEC in a different color? Maybe just a slight bit larger than the rest of the word? Thank you

Happy Holidays to you too. I am working with a branding coach and we will review all the entries together. I really like your work and am eager to hear what my coach thinks. He's been silent since Friday, busy with other matters.. It is possible he will be adding more information about my brand if he doesn't think the entries capture me. In this instance, what I like is not conclusive, since I hired a professional for guidance. I will be back in touch asap.

I've update #52 with same layout as #81 the full company name written on a single lines is too long, and dividing up between 2 lines looks odd

I like what you did. My coach is taking a look. The blue makes the flower blade look a bit more challenging, which is good.

He likes 138 too and would like to see:"Masterman" in the orange and the others in grey or blue. Remove the separate coloring on the MEC

Hi Beth here is Logo tournament tip use the # sign along with the number for example #138 it's a quick reference to a specific design so that when I read a comment I can easily mouse over to see which design you are referring to with need to scroll up or change pages depending on the number of comments we post.

We need to go with a lighter version of the blue so that there is enough contrast with the green other wise the darker blue and the green blend together

Beth, colour at this stage is minor , I always work with clients to finalize colour at a later date.

Thank you for the Linkin link while a contest is active designers are not permitted to have outside contact with CH's however once a contest is complete that is not a problem.

Hi Scott
I have not given anyone any detailed instructions about what to add or not add to their designs. I have only asked to see different colors. I am committed to abiding by the rules of the competition so as not to put anybody's work or my full range of choices in jeopardy.

My Coach likes the avocado and orange. I do too, but I don't love that version of avocado; something about it is more pea green than avocado. I know that we can tweak the colors at the end. I have never done this competition before, so Im not sure how to bring it to a close.

Once the contest goes into judging phase and you are happy with your design of choice then you,ll need to rank the top 10 design we get points from 1st pace to tenth place. There is no pressure to end during the Judging phase though you will receive email from Admin to end contest but please keep in mind they will not select a winner unless contest is abandon and some contest go abandon after 3 months

Other factors that can prevent you from finalizing a contest and that is LC (logo Court) LT has a built in system that brings cases to vote by the LT designer community if designs are too close to another, these take up 24hours to run it's course
