#19: Great job! Is it possible to work on the mark so the "R" doesn't look so much like a "P"? After that, can you make the mark a lighter shade of grey, then over-lay the words on top? #18: Can you take out the line running through the middle of the MR? Can you separate the M & R vertically & also vary the colors so lit looks less like "Mr."?
