Hi there,

Hope your having a good week so far?

Here are some of my concepts. I've gone for something that's fairly clean and simple, yet striking. Creating an icon that works well within the logo or as a stand alone element, one that can be used for things like favicons or watermarks.

The logos are 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed,

It would be my pleasure to work up any variations so please do say.
I look forward to your comments or thoughts.

Regards,
Angus

#24. Thank you. My first thoughts are that I like it, but not sure why :-) The icon doesnt tell me anything about houses, or data, its just a catchy twisted icon... but it is catchy. I like that then name is shortened by moving the .com to lower significance, but I can't really make out the slogan too well. The font of MAPropertiesOnline feels a little 'boxy' and not elegant.
#22 I love the icon but if the background was a little more data maybe that would be better??
#21 Catchy icon but doesnt grab me...

HI there,

Thanks for the comments, always appreciated.

With regards to #24 ... Each corner element is actual the shape of a house, a front profile. At the same time they are also arrows pointing outwards. And then in the negative white space in between each one, arrows again but pointing inwards toward a square pixel which represents data.

Hope that makes sense :)

#24...oh, I get it. That does make sense.... I'm not seeing the square pixel representing data though....?? Thank you for the additional input into it. It is catchy!

Hi again,

And here are a couple of variations, changing the font, and also bringing in a more date feel: #31 and #32

Look forward to your thoughts.

Cheers

#31, #32 - I like the fonts much better than before. I can actually read the slogan now. The bits flying off the houses is worrisome only that for most buyers and sellers structural soundness of a home is very important :-) With 'things' flying off it may imply unsoundness of the structure ergo unsoundness of the team :-). Some times data, 'bits and bytes', are represented as '0' and '1' s.....

I can appreciate and understand that :)

Let me change the data pixels for 0's and 1's.

More like this maybe: #33?

#33 is much better and effective. Might be interesting to see how this would look with numerals instead of 0's and1's...
#24 still like this one, but wondering about the data representation and whether something can be done to show this...??
#33 can you show me what this one would look like on a solid blue colored background....?? Currently that is how our branding has gone so far...solid blue with white lettering, but it would be interesting to see if your designs would work on both types of background...??

Hi there,

On a blue background, won't be a problem at all ... As what we do is reverse the blue in the logo to white, but because we have an additional Teal colour, the logo still holds; #47 and #49.

With regards to the numerals option ... did you mean Roman Numerals?? My only concern with that is, they do have a zero, and the closest options would be 10 (X), 11 (X1), 100 (C), 101 (CI) and 1000 (M) ... all of which don't really say digital, and I'm worried it might confuse people??

Aah I see, gotcha ... so something like this: #56

#56....I like the font and textual elements of this one... starting to think the numbers, and version that had the '0' and '1' are not the right way of going...we probably should leave it with just being a clean, abstract design behind the house. My only concern is the missing data elements but it is very catchy.

#22 Can you modify the font in the text to be the same as your later versions, and then make the colors of the abstract design a little more monochromatic (right word??) - closer versions of the same blue? Could one of them be R73, G102, B151. Then could you do a version with the solid background color of this color as well...?

Not a problem at all, would be my pleasure!

And here are a few variations; #113, #114, #115, #116 and #117

If you'd like to see anything else, don't hesitate to ask.
