Color Preferences

I'm open to any colors you like, but if possible try to match the feel for my current website( http://www.manageonline.ca/ )

But if I find a design with unique colors that I like I'll simply change my website to match it.

I'd also prefer that the logo translate well to black and white.

Our Ideas & Additional Information

I want the actual web address to be the logo, so include the ".ca" if you can.
