#2 - Creative, but I want the letters themselves to be one solid color, it's a little bit too hard to read them when they're fading out like that. Instead of showing many little bubbles, I'd want to see more like the outline of the foam (kind of like you're drawing clouds) instead of all of the tiny details like you currently have shown. The font for the tagline is much too hard to read, way too small and a bit "too" cursive if you know what I mean.
