I thought it would be smart to make the logo both fun and professional, so that it can appeal to the kids, as well as potential partners, sponsors, etc. Also, I went with clean, solid colors in case you want to make t-shirts and other things with it.

Here are options you can pick from, depending on how much you want to call out "IT"..
#17 & #18 involve color changes to separate the "IT" from the other words #19 just has more spacing between each word, so that they are more separate and emphasized.
It's really just about personal preference, so let me know which you like or if you want other revisions. Thanks.
