The Mark

the icon represents the ocean and waves cresting, as well as sand..think dunes or banks. I had been working on the element as a single object when it hint me that it reminded me of wings or even a shell shape. There is some much to explore in this simple yet dynamic shape that I had to share this with you and I am convinced this is a mark for Letang

My partner and I both really like this logo. #217 I think the graphic and the typography are just right. If there is any time for color variations I would love to see it on a whiet background. I can clearly see a card with white background, black text, a gold foil wing and either just a thin black outline on the silver wing or a silver foil wing. This graphic is dynamic, and abstracted, though the butterfly doesn't necessarily say jewelry, a metallic color use will. Thank you so much for entering our contest!

We are not sure if we prefer the original butterfly to the revision with the diamond shape; both are lovely. We also like #240. I find the negative space really interesting and the concept is fun to look at. Could we see that one on white? I'm quite sure we'll be using a white background. Thanks again!

#217 I can also see the tiny round "head" as a facetted stone, if I need it to look more like jewelry.

Is it possible to see #282 with the composition of #217? I love those proportions.

Requested update I've gone with a deeper chocolate which make the design POP! You may also notice a slight depth to wings this is an illusion by breaking the wing into 3 separate section rather than than one...each section, the slight gradient focal point is shifted which gives the impression of depth. This design rocks and even if it is not chosen it is one of my top top 10.
