my dubt is: everybody know about the copiright of a red cross but we can use instead of 2 words because not the principal item of the logo ?

Good Point! To avoid confusions with other swiss companies, we need LEHMANN+PARTNER Informatik AG in the logo.

we like the logo without swiss flag.

Working, we didn't have the time to rank! Now loking at all this good ideas, it's like a "logo shower".

Today we will make a selection in consideration of:
- we are a swiss company, but we dont like to have the swiss banner / swiss cross in our logo. It looks to similar to logos from the swiss state. Please free your mind from the swiss cross.
- we wrote on april the 16th the range of colors we like.
- since L+P exists we had 3 different logos, every one was good/modern for a while and we liked it. So if your logo falls out of ranking without a comment maybe it is, because we had allredy a similar logo a few years ago and it is not because we dont appreciate your work!
- Today our company has a real cool, reduced logo; every idea we rank in relation to our current logo. See www.lepa.ch! To change a companys logo is very expensiv (papers, office, brand, marketing,...) so your idea has to convince that this effort is justified.

We are sure that someone of you creates our new ultimate logo! Go on... search "to infinity and beyond!"

Since you say L+P had three logos along time, i think that some links to those logos should be presented so that we will avoid new submissions containing your old ideas. Don't you think that would have been more apropriate?

So if you like to see our actual logo have a look on our website. our older logos are not yet on the web and we have no links to them.

It seems so...lots of designs rejected for no obvious reason, i cannot figure out what the CH really wants. Good luck to the winning entry

With all due respect CH but good ideas are entirely subjective, IMO many of the rejected logos could easily stand next to the ranked ones. In the end it is your decision but giving a "not interested" mark to entire pages worth of logos because "they are not good ideas" makes little sense to me given the nature of this competition. Please don't be too trigger happy with the not interested function, a lot of designers put a lot of long hours into these competitions and some constructive feedback is appreciated and necessary.

If we knew what we want, we would not make a contest! !!

And you are also right that we have to reject designs without comment, but if you have to make a selection out of nearly 700 logos, you can not explain all desicions!
Beside this contest in first priority we have to do our daily business for the customers and with consideration of this workload we think that we make a good job as contest holder!

Thanks to all designers for their work, we appreciate every logo and we are very satisfied with the results of this contest. We will not make a thoughtless decision concerning the winner but the rule is to select one.

Please notice, that making a selection from all this cool designs is so hard! As Contest holder we can not express how amazing it is, to see all this creativ logos that could represent our company. Allmost all designers are working so hard to find the ultimative solution and we can give the "cup" and the money only to one of you!
We understand that in the end many designers are sad or frustrated because there will be no salary for hard work. As an entrepreneur we also have to deal with this situations in our IT business. Every time if it happens to us its a "bitter pill" and sometimes you feel disadvantaged without knowing the reason.
When this contest ends, we will discuss with our employees the ranked logos and we think about making a "company voting" .

Speaking for myself, I like the contest holder's decisiveness. Without it the selection process would quickly become overwhelming as there are just soooo many terrific solutions by soooo many great designers to the puzzle at hand. As for lack of comment - we have to read carefully 'between the lines'.;) Cheers and good luck everyone.

You have a hard decision ahead of you! Please be sure to look at all the logos that have been submitted. Many times in these big contests there are many logos that get overlooked and it is a shame. There are so many great ideas here and I wish you luck when making your decision. :)

Please dont work again or longer on logos with the "L+P" designed like a "knot going to a plus", its difficult to explain in english, thats why we enumerate only a few of them from different designers. Nearly since beginning of this contest we moved this designs to "not interested". We will not select one of this "knots" as winner.

We assume that a designer-login enables to see what the contest holder moves to "not interested"? Because consulting this side, would prevent work without a chance.

Please dont work on logos designed like building blocks like #808, #760, #656 etc...
