Thanks for the design. Could we add some color to it? Also, I don't particularly like the halo that extends out from the oil derrick.

I would like to add green to it to symbolize the environmentally friendly nature of our group. Could I also see one with the image on the left-hand side of the words (instead of on top of it)?
