I studied your detailed brief, then I think the unique idea for your logo, According that I create some logos here, that means not only a symbol, its will depict the meaning of your activities.
Three different design i used different flight elements and different style of fonts.

Client
Interested in the concept but we don't work with large aircraft so we try to keep that out of our logo. Try incorporating a small single engine or twin engine aircraft instead.
