Entry #1. Nice try. Please see updated information on contest instructions.

Here I went with a less feminine "N" in the "glass button." Let me know what is working and what isn't.

Here I went with a more conservative font in both the "glass button" and the name. On the next one I only changed the text on the name, but not the button.

Awesome effort. Regarding #9, I like the color of the button (it may reproduce better for things black and white which I use for black/gray on colored paper for education event mailings), the text layout is clean and bold, it also accomplishes shortening my business name while keeping the legal elements visible, and the N in the button is a bit stiff. The sizing is easy to read and the on a business card I think it would stand out better. Regarding #8, I like the N in the button better, I also think the font is more fun for the corporate name as well as the button, the font size is harder read and may create a problem on the business/appointment card. For #10, I like the layout of the text. As an FYI, I also use lasers in my practice, could the line under my name play off of a laser beam with wrecking the elegant, high-end feel that I think all three of your designs captured.

I took a complete diversion and tried some new colors. I think you might like what I did with the "DDS" etc. Got your other feedback. Going to bed soon, will respond later.

I think that green ruined this. Here it is without a background.

Hi Again: this option is very different from what I have seen before, the arc was something I liked as some see it kind of feng shui like the edge of the earth. Coloring is Different for me, I think I still like the purple. Could the arch work like a subliminal smile instead? thanks.

#15 looks much better, can the arch be flipped over and the lower have of the letters be lavender? thanks again.

I'm on it.

This one just has the white line between the color change smaller, less obtrusive.

I like #18 the best so far. Can I see what it would look like with the arch flipped like a horizon again in purple like #15. thanks.

It took me all this time to rebuild it. I'm going to bed now. I'll check in later.

Hi: Can you make the gap on #21 look like the arch gap in #18? Can the DDS MS PC be tucked under the Noraian in #20? Thanks, I am really encouraged.

I also liked what you did with the color in #18 better. Can you take the arch in 21 increase the gap in it and colorize like #18. I hope that is better for you. thanks, Dr. N

The colors on 18 and 21 are actually the same, they just look different because there is more lavender area on 21. I am submitting versions with the increased gap you requested and also with both shades toned darker.

Here's a stab at a FLW inspired icon. Are the colors good?

HI:

I couldn't tell what the icon is, a bird?? I think the colors could be purple of different saturation. Color printing is just so expensive in multiple runs. I like the FLW design, but not the image you selected. Let me know if you have another inspiration. thanks, Dr. N

Did I get what you wanted with the "DDS?"

In this one the shape effect applied to the text is continued in the glass button.

Here's another FLW inspired design. What do you think?

This graphic gives a subtle nod to the LASER symbol.

A slight rework on the graphic.

Just so you can see the graphic more plainly.

You probably know this, but you can have grey in a one color (black) print using a screen or half-tone. I'm submitting versions both with and without the glare on the "glass button."
