I like the bright colors. KCHS is plainly visible however KCHS has little meaning until they (target audience) has learned to associate it with KingCountyHomeSolutions. There for KingCountyHomeSolutions should be more plainly visible. In #3 it shows up better. The roof lines in that example are distracting but I don't want you to think the a house or roof line is undesireable.

Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage more participation.
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monitary means of showing apprecaition for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

1st place - 50 points
2nd place - 20 points
3rd place - 10 points
4-6th place - 5 points
7-10 place - 3 points
10th on - 1 point

#6 entry I like. It is going in the right direction for readability, impact, and easily identifying the brand. I the market where this is being used the word King has no refrence to royalty so the crown images will not be effective for the target audiences we work with. Keying on the "helping" or "northwest" for imaging would be more appropriate.

I just realized the Northwest comment needs clarification as well. I am referring the the Pacifc Northwest region of Washington. This is a coastal mountain region dominated by images of fir trees, mount Rainier (Washington State), and mountains. Seattle is the major metropolitan city so skylines of that are also a good image background. I hope this helps with the regional reference.

Thank you for clarification. Looks like contest brief needs some update, too - for now it contains "Wordmark" design type, but from your comments I can see it'd be better to work with "Pictoral Mark" or "Abstract Mark" designs.

Reviewing tonight I like the rich blue of the KCHS on number 6. Darker or earthier greens are more reflecive of the region.

Entries #8 and #9 are nice improvments. Seattle skyline should incorporate recognizable landmarks like the spece needly and Columbia Center. I Googled Seattle skyline and found several examples you can emulate.
Entry # 6 is still very attractive. Instead of the house/crown can you incorporate the skyline and or Mt Rainier?

Entry 23 and 24 I like the font you used for the "helpping families for over 23 years".
Entry 25 and 26 are excellent. I would like to see the impact of a more earth tone green.
Entry 30 I like the direction of your logo. It is simple and direct. I would like to see a different house image and/or the helping hands/hands shaking image. Good color
