Kai Degner RealtyLogo Design Contest

Entry #1: I really like this one. I like the simplicity of and straight forward imagery. I also like the centered emphasis on the name.

Entry #2: This one strikes me as too simple, though I'm not opposed to the emphasis on "Kai" as that's all most people use to reference me.

Entry #3: I like the idea of an image/mark on top, but feel this one lead the eye a bit too high in the logo.

Oh, and I'm not a fan of the green in entry #2 or #3 (perhaps just the shade of green, but probably green altogether). Thank you for the creativity!!

Entry #4 seems to "top heavy" to me, and too industrial. Thank you for the creativity, though!

#1 and #7 are very close in my mind! I think #7 "pops" a little more, which I like; but #1 is a bit more elegant. I think I would be happy with either choice if those were the only two options.

!! I just learned that I cannot have the word "Realty" in my logo because I am an agent and not a broker. !!

So, alternatives are

- Leave out anything but Kai Degner
- Add KaiDegner ".com"
- Add the "Buy with Kai" slogan
- Add "Real Estate Agent"

Sorry, I wish I had known that sooner.

I think the rooftop in #13 is very visually appealing, and I like that it could be run as an advertisement by itself. I'll need to consider if that would be too tall to use as a standard website header or stationary logo. I don't think it will be, just a consideration.

And #14 definitely has potential, because it's possible I could take the picture part to use at Facebook and Twitter icons. I don't think I like that house image though ;) Maybe there's a different house type to put in that location?
