Designs 13, 9, 10, 18, 12, and 17 I like because the designs aren't obvious, you have to look at them a little before you see something in them. Designs 7 and 8 are on the right track, but I think they are too defined as symbols. Using the cross is a good possibility, but when I see design 3 and 4 the overproduction of that symbol in medicine is too much for me. It took me a minute to see that design 13 was a cross, and I like that, I also like that its a repeated, seemingly infinite symbol. Forensic psychiatry is dealing with attorneys about serious issues, and defending my opinion in the courtroom. General psychiatry is helping people who are generally scared about what they have to suffer. I want something to fit both situations.

just for reference, if you include the # before the number, a mouse-over link will appear with it... makes it easier to see the referenced designs. thanks for the feedback!

I want to take a minute to thank everyone who is submitting designs so far, this has been really great to see!

I got some input from my wife this morning, which led to changing the ranking. She likes the "star" symbol, #19, because it looks bright, it does have an element of a cross in it, and it radiates positive energy. She likes the elements of red and gray, since my training was at Stanford. Design #9 she liked, because of the square pattern, and again the abstract design. We both agree the more abstract designs are better. #18 is good, but would be better maybe if the lines could mark my initials in some way. #13 reminds her of a piece of candy, so I guess that's not what I'm looking for. She loves #7, but that's a little too fun for what I'm looking for.

Is it possible to see #9 (created by southwest designs) with the square in red colors and also in green colors? I like the blue, and I would like to see green, because of my name, and red, because of my affiliation with Stanford.

Thanks, hazardouschurch, I was writing in the rank number instead of the reference number. Please see my previous entries, they should have the correct link now. I've also changed a few of the ranks, and I will leave comments later today. You guys are so talented!

So I've received more input from the designs. I've been told by two people that #31 by Kilmerhansen is visually interesting, and I agree. Kilmerhansen, is it possbile for you to spread out the font slightly, and spell my last name Greene? I want to see what that looks like. I've moved #9 down because that has been felt to be too basic, but I would like to see that design in red and green if possible.

#37 and #36 by suwung are great designs, again with simple, abstract concepts. suwung, can you put the circle symbol in #36 to the left of my name?

Evilpumpkin, you are showing me a lot of good stuff, and #41 is getting closer. I like that circle design, but it reminded me of an eye, can you change it a little so it doesn't look like that?

Dreamcatchers designs #13, #42, #43 are really great, but I have to move on from them because of my wife's comment that they look like candy. Any way to change that?

Genesis, #23 is the best one that you've done in your series of #23, #18, #22. Can you make #23 more abstract in some way so that it might take a little longer to figure out that those are my initials?

Dooz creative, #24, #25, #26 are all clean and look good, but the cross symbol is too concrete. Can you work with that a little to make it more abstract? There is a cross in #31, but really hidden. Any way to move more in that direction?

Thanks for all the creations. Everyone is really good!

Dear Mr. Greene,

I have spaced the lettering out in #45 and #46 also, I've spelled your name correctly, sorry about that!

Thank you for your input and consideration.
