on #748 green more contrast with other light blue, which is good. if your audience/consumer is younger, so #748 is more fit for that, more young. but #667 is more muted and calm, yet easy to see. not too much contrast.
#748 is also energic, but the contrast sometime make it hard to see.
i think one color green of both design is make significant different.
if you want to disable the third color, but keep that there, we can use grey color, which is more neutral.

the green is dark color, put on the left side, and ligth blue upper right side, which is, when people see the icon, the first glance is light blue, and dark blue, and dark green,

What I am looking for is JCS in the middle of a ring, where the ring is interrupted by enriching at the top of the ring and "hearts & minds" at the bottom of the ring. Does this help? If you try a new design I can tell you whether you are on track

Please put "enriching" in the centre of line 1 with horizontal bar on each side and then "hearts & minds" on line 2, without any horizontal bars. Thanks

Can you play around with the design, keeping the same principles of "people together", "rolling forward in the same direction" and ensure colours that I can then replicate on the website. Meaning the colours you use with also be the colours I write in, so gold is probably not the best, if you see what I mean. Please try black, blue, green type combinations - imagine I will write in those colours.... thanks

Further thoughts ... I really relate to the 'people connected' concept, and instead of it being a heart in the middle I see that shape as more a 'missing part of the puzzle'... can you also develop this idea? Less 'heart shape' more 'missing puzzle' ? Thanks

Apologies for late reply. I like your design a lot. Can you please remove the slogan altogether? I like the concept of 4 people connecting. No need to have a HEART design though, so you can change that if you want. I want to portray connecting people, inspiring them, and dynamic brand that reflects that we are trying ti make the world a better place (which we are!). I don't want it to be too clichèd or "Disneyland" but rather something professional and stimulating that says this brand is going places. Hope that helps! Best, and thank you!
