I went with a traditional sign design layout to go with the Irish Pub look. I opted not to add the Celtic Art for the reason that something that detailed would not, in my opinion, translate very well when down sized (letterheads, business cards etc.) This may hurt my chances slightly, but I think it is a valid reason for omitting that particular design element.
