Are these supposed to be radar screens? If so I like the concept a lot but it is not exactly clear form the rendering. Perhaps instead of a full circle its like 160 degrees of a circle (screen) with the dots.
Entry 11: I really like this concept but the icon is still missing something to make it crystal clear. I think if you can make the circle lines (background) full visible (360 degrees) with maybe a transparency effect on the area that you don't see currently so that you can see it as a full circle (maybe with some greyed out dots in that area as well) than I think it will be more efficient to make the point.
Actually now looking again I think Entry 17 is a better candidate for the comments above. If you can make whats in my head happen on screen I think that is the homerun...
