thanks for you feedback - i hope you will like Entry #132 Entry #133 Entry #134 : its based on the letter i shaped like L - the star to denote leadership, success, accomplishment .. the trail to denote inside outside idea, also suggests a comet. I hope you like the idea

I like everything you submit. Here is an idea... take 123, 124, 173. Imagine that the people are becoming larger as the gather together and reach toward the upper right. It is only with the participation of them all that they can strive for something bigger (outside of them).

On a different note. There is the icon for iLeadership, and the logo will be used in another way. The company name and slogan on the right.

To fully use the logo the company will incorporate the words 'Connections Leadership'. Slogan: new ideas, new results, new impact ~ or ~ growing leadership & business

So there are some thoughts.

Ok, several things. Let's really focus to expand on 131. Eliminate the star. And find a way for one or more of the people to be reaching to the upper right. For your information I've asked for friend feedback and that seems to be popular.

Please adjust 131 taking into consideration two things:
