I prefer #9 but I'd like to simplify it and replace the plate dome with a rough image of a landmark building in our community called Jesse Hall in Columbia, Missouri. You can see a lot of pictures of this building on Google images. I have not asked any other designers to do this but your logo suddenly inspired me to try and incorporate this image. Can you give this a try? Color scheme is good. Would like to simplify with fewer art elements. If possible, would also like to incorporate "2012" into the text. Thanks, Fred

Just checking in. I really like where you were going and I think the interpretation of the Jesse Hall dome could make a big difference. Hope you'll give it another shot.

Sorry, I was very busy since last night. I'll do the revisions now and hopefully be back to the top 5 designers in order to upload the design.

I really like the direction you've headed with #68. I'd like to still simplify it a bit by removing the chef's hat and perhaps downplaying the ampersand (&) in the name of the festival. Is there a place to incorporate the year "2012" in the logo?

Lastly, my team is having a little anxiety over the possibility of confusion between the Jesse Hall dome in our logo and the dome of our state capitol in Jefferson City (30 miles away). To give absolute distinction between the two domes, our Jesse Hall has six columns in front of it that are the remnants of a building destroyed by fire in the 1800's. (see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jesse_Hall). Do you have any suggestions on how we might include some portion of the columns in your logo design?

Sorry for this last minute layer of complexity. Thanks for your OUTSTANDING work on this.
