For this to work, the cityscape would need to look like Reno.

Also I have been trying to make all the designers understand that "IEA" and "INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE" should be equally weighted. Nobody seems to be reading my coments about this... everyone is just looking at the existing rankings and trying to make something like that. If you just set the words
"IEA INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE," all the same size in a nice face and make it blue, I'll rank it number one. NOT because I want that to be the logo... but because I need people to NOTICE what I am asking for.

#63 is a definite improvement. I wish the mountains or the cityscape looked like Reno. It might look like heck... but a sylized version of the Reno Arch... or a closeup of the wording from the arch would be preferable to random mountains and random buildings.

google "Reno Skyline" and see if you can get a sense of that the mountains and skyline look like.

#64 I like a LOT. Same feedback though: can't be a RANDOM building: it needs to be something that says reno.

--Remove mountains.
--Remove city.
--ADD the word RENO in their place.
