Discussion

#2 We like the letterform mark - nice use of the IJ stick/puck element. Although the overall logo is very clean and professional, we have a few concerns: 1) It is really a big change from our current identity, and we aren't sure the connection will still be there. Perhaps if there was a bit more use of our light blue in place of or in conjunction with the gray? Also, we would like to know how the logo will work without the slogan and/or .com as alternate variations. We really need something that is versatile enough to work with or without those elements. Perhaps a bit more strength to the lettering - or maybe using the I and J from the letterform mark to give the wordmark logo a bit more bulk/strength?

#11 This design is an improvement. We like the letterform mark as is, but would like to see a couple of modifications:

Can you try integrating the I and J style from the letterform mark into the word mark? Eg, add a hockey stick style J to the word mark (maybe sweeping under the ICE to the I, or if that is too long, then maybe just under the E? Also, use the same stylized lowercase I as used in the letterform?

If this concept doesn't work, then maybe try a regular lowercase I and uppercase J?

As a third option, we would maybe consider using the fonts as used in #12 - eg all uppercase letters, no outline though.

I don't think any of the new variations improved on what we have with #11. We still would like to see if we can keep all elements of #11, with the following modifications:

1) Replace the lowercase J with the uppercase J as used in #12 - keeping the letterform in place as is.
2) Try replacing the I and J of the word mark, with the stylized I and J from the letterform mark - but still keep the letterform in place as is. This may require some tweaking of the overall word mark to make it work, but we would like to se what can be done.
3) we would also like to see the '.com' integrated into the design as we want the logo to be able to work with or without the .com
4) we would like the same option with the slogan - it should be able to be included or removed from the logo

Thanks!

#33 works as the primary format, but still not sure about having the .com on top in #35. Maybe sideways at the end? Any other ideas? you can remove the slogan to work in the .com below if you prefer as well.
