We like #10. Numbers 19 and 20 with the shield look too much like law enforcement/military.

For #213, could you make the "Resource Center for ASEAN" text closer in size to the "Human Rights"?

Could you even out the text on #255 somehow? It looks lopsided with "For ASEAN" so much bigger than "Resource Center"? Maybe variant of #214, with blue color text? Or like #10?

On #286, please center the words, make the letters a bit larger (just smaller than the circle), and color the letters the same blue as the heads of the circles.

Could you make the font just a little larger (if it is possible to be larger, but still not bigger than the icon).
Also, please confirm that the color blue in the font is the same blue as the heads of the people. It still seems lighter.
