The #4 design is heading in the right direction. It looks triumphant, familiar, personal.
But the color scheme should reference jobs.healthcaresource.com and expand on it. What if the figure was incorporated into the word, maybe the "u"? or maybe just the top half is the "u"? Also, maybe soften up the typeface a bit, make it more feminine, less blocky.
Sorry, that's micromanaging. Your second entry, by the way, really popped. There's potential there.
