Thanks- these are very busy and need a focal point. Do you have anything with the words and house less crowded together? I'm not big on the roof over the words. I like the window on 38 and 39. I'd prefer no box around the slogan. This will be more for the header of a website than a for sale sign.

We're getting there-The new design is better- far cleaner. However, the house graphic now looks like a bishop's hat. All I need is a red house with a black roof. .A font closer to what you used with Hogue group, all caps or not, would look better also.
