My submission for your review and consideration. The stylized letter "g" is functional as a stand alone mark which can be used on T's, Coffee mugs, also will make a cool mark on business cards as well.

can u make the magnifying glass look like its glass "in the middle of the o" also can u try some thinner fonts out? try and make that g stick out more... i still REALLY like this dogg looking g :)

I've made a sight change to the layout and move the icon dog to be inline with the rest of the text plus a few minor align changes you may or may not notice.

The character is just the dogs eyes and nose. The ears are the magnifying glass handles. the handles can be rotated as well as the eyes to create different expressions.
