The thing I like the most is the simplicity of # 5, 6, 7.
The icon box above # 8 is VERY distracting.
I like the fonts across the board too, and the colors. I'm not as big of a fan of the red swoosh above and the blue swoosh below. I would rather see Heating and Air brought forward and have some kind of thing behind it...
Another idea is maybe the red swoosh above could be an arrow and the blue swoosh below could be an arrow?
this way the logo would look stronger and less abstract.

Maybe "Heating and Air .com" Is lined up with the icon, and the slogan goes underneath the whole thing in blue font?
