We like your thought process about showing the halved "H" to represent both sides of the practice.
We like Entry 5 because it created the dimension/depth we requested and is more of a design than simply an initial. Of the other three, we ranked Entry 30 the highest because the circle graphic is the least tradiaional of the three.
