What We Do

"Grupo Diario de Morelos" is the Leading Media Group with operations in the state of Morelos in Mexico. It is is made of newspapers, radio stations, web pages and TV and its also moving into all new media like mobile or the new iPad.
It takes its name from "Diario de Morelos" (Morelos' Journal or Morelos' Daily) Which is our main newspaper which is the absolute leader in the state. It would be something like if you called it "The New York Times Group" or "The Chicago Tribune Group".

We would want it to include our newspaper's logo color, specially in the word "Morelos" This color is C=5, M=100, Y=0, K=0 but other than that please feel free to use any color you think might look good.

Our Ideas & Additional Information

We want to use the exact letters from our newspaper's logo for the word "Morelos" or at least the letter "M" I will upload the logo.

The logo was specially drawn by Jim Parkinson (www.typedesign.com) for us, so there is no font name.

Please try using other colors together with the magenta. Maybe a blue would look good.

I need more color, and also I want you to use the M in some way so that we can use it as a symbol. So that we can use it on microphones or lapel pins for example.

I need you to think of our logo so that we can use it all together with the "Grupo Diario de Morelos" words or as just a letterform mark. Please somebody give me some examples of other combinations of colors. I like the silver and also the blue but would like you guys to experiment with maybe some autumn leaf colors.
