Hello Aa, thanks for your input. We like it. The letter font of #38 is stronger than #39.
Could you try to implement water (blue) and soil (brown) into the logo?
May be a water drop for the CH at the end.
May be a brown structure at the bottom of the letters G R and W to symbolise the soil.
Or any other idea.

Can you give the letter G R W a touch of 3D, like the logo on rank #2?

Not changing the font. Just the present font in a bit more 3D-style.
