Logo Design Brief

Client
United States
Slogan
Simplified Urban Organic Gardening (with or without slogan)
What We Do
We take the headaches out of urban organic gardening by supplying a 2 part organic soil mix & pot, that can supply organic nutrients to feed plants from seed to harvest. All you have to do is water!
Industry
Home & Garden
Color Preferences
Earth tones preferred, but open to new suggestions. 3 color max.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
The attached design is a concept I like, but I am open to all new suggestions.
I attached a concept I made in .psd. I liked the font because I could use the M as a pot that could be easily incorporated into the logo. I would like to see a pot with a generic plant growing out of it. I used a hemp plant in my rendition because it looked good, I am open to something else so I can market my products to anyone. If i want to focus on the Medical MJ community I can change it to a hemp plant later.

The slogan can be included or not included, I am still trying to decide if I even want it in the logo.
So please don't make any extra effort to include slogan if you have ideas without it (which will help me decide if I even want it or not).
I will participate as much as I can being a newbie & all. I did spend a couple of hours on the forum learning how to score and give feedback to the designers. If I need direction to make this a pleasant experience for the designers, please feel free to steer me in it.

Additional Info:
Initially I will be having logo labels custom printed and stuck on the pots for promotional purposes. Eventually I will have the manufacturer of the pots silkscreen them at their factory. I will also be having 100's of T's printed with logo for home shows & expos to help promote new biz.

Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank and re-rank a variety of designs to get a variety of new entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is Private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested".
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for the Designers' hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.
