In looking at examples, want to emphasize Greylock, and de-emphasize Consulting. Okay not have have consulting in the logo/name. Want a logo, definitely.
Shadow is good, and like it with some fade to it; lighter grey is better. Pictorial logo, as requested is what i am looking for. Logo to the left of lettering preferred.
I'm not sure what the symbol means, with different colors...assume this is a lock...?
