i like #16, but the cat feels as if it lacks personality. I'm trying to convey playful/cute in the design in some way. I like the use of the whole body compared to a face only.

I would choose the cat on #16 if I had a choice between the 3 used. The other ones feel too masculine and husky for me. The head design feels like a crown, not very feminine/cute/palyful/distinguished.

It almost feels like the design needs an elongated cat, but not sure if that will work given the design you're going for here.

Thanks for feedback I will try to do a different cat later... do you still like the font I used on #16 or do you prefer a different style font also?

i would use a different font. Not sure what, but something easier to read. The "G" on this font is a little hard to read for me.
