Our Ideas & Additional Information
GoodKitty (goodkitty.com) will be promoted as THE place to find fun and unique Cat merchandise. Our goal is to offer the ultimate Cat selection for Cat Lovers where they can find collectible Cat gifts to satisfy any Cat enthusiast. [".com" does not necessarily need to be part of the logo design]

We will search high and low to bring the best cat products and accessories cat owners will find anywhere. Our goal won’t be to offer everything cat related, but rather The Best Kept Secrets not found in most places. We will make our own branded merchandise as well as offer cat products made by other manufacturers.

Main online competitor: http://www.meow.com on the e-commerce front. There aren't many professional looking websites out there for the "cat gifts" category, so we're hoping to appear as the market leader in this space.

Our logo should appeal to the young and old cat lover alike.
Silly, clever, curious, cuddly, happy, charming and playful are words that come to mind when people think of cats, and maybe just a little mischievous and mysterious sprinkled in there? Is it a good kitty or not? Is it only pretending? Who knows… each one is different and our logo should encompass all of these characteristics rolled up in one.

Cat lovers fall into two categories, 1) those who want things that look similar/exactly like their cat, or 2) those who want things that are cute, fun and cat related. Since we are unable to offer a large selection of specific cat breed products (due to limitations by manufacturers), we will offer more generic cat themed merchandise such as the examples below. As you will see, these non-breed specific items would appeal to a much broader set of cat owners. All this being said, the logo needs to appeal to ALL breed types as well as all ages of cat lovers.
