Question, is the word "apartments" required?

the 4 squares represent windows and the V made from the lower section of the pick and shovel (white space) is a roof line

The company name now takes up only 2 lines and reduces the overall height.

Justifying Village to the left provides ample room for Apartments

Let nix the trees to complicated for a refined design plus there are difficult to embroider.

I've pulled the colors from you website to the logo

Removing the four squares and incorporating colors used within the monument sign may be helpful.

Hi Scott, The original logo font is not necessarily required to remain the same. We do not plan on replacing the monument sign so we'll just want to stay as close too or compliment the logo on the monument sign. Regarding question 2, we do not have the original logo in any format. We recently purchased this property and the selling company did not provide and continues to not provide that information. Thanks!
