The logo must be easily read on a 30" W x 18" high yard sign. The logo should be take up about 9" of the vertical space to leave room for the agent name or a large phone number in the bottom 9". I've never seen a real estate yard sign with a white background so the logo must work on a dark background color.

Design #12 by MJG would show up on a sign very nicely if the background were a darker blue and the orange area were a bright yellow. I like this design

Does anyone else have an idea?

Can I some more like #29? I'm excited about this concept. It is my favorite so far. This logo will fit on the sign nicely. The company name will be visible from a car at a decent distance. And, the logo is just fun. Shopping for a home should be fun.

1. Can I see it without the magnifying glass
2. Would you use a white background on a 30" wide x 18" high sign with this logo. I think this logo has changed my mind about having a dark background on the sign

I like concept #44. However, I think the light blue against the dark blue background might be hard to see when you are driving down the street and glance at the yard sign.

Entry #29: Is there anyway to do this with a dark background. I sent this to a lot of our real estate agents and it is the most popular design so far, but several of them don't want a white background because the sign shows dirt too much and has to be replaced too often.

I like #29 but it definitely needs a colored background. Something the rest could pop off of. You could even change the colors of the logo if needed to better fit a dark background.

Please create a design that has FunHomeFinder all on one line or FunHome on one line and Fincer.com on the next line. Be creative with the text itself without the addition of a separate graphic that causes the text size to be reduced on the sign. The text must be visible while people are driving down the street

The logo must fit in a 30" wide by about 9" high area of a 30" wide x 18" high sign to leave room for a large phone number and potentially and agent name.

Can any of you change the text to vector format and come up with some creative text that will fit into a 30" wide by 9" high area that would be clearly readable on a yard sign with a DARK background from the street?

he logo design including any graphic must b 1/3 as high as it is wide. Or, the width must be 3 times as large as the height of the logo
