Logo Designer
thank you for the invitaiton it is alwasy appreciated that someone thinks highyly of my work.
here is my submission for your review and considration

The design hones in on global, because the changes that your organization are able to put into effect are global just not local..every small step we make as individuals and groups does benfit global.

The gear portion represents technology and education.

The leaf represents the changes yuo will make happen. The colours are warm earth friendly and inviting

Orion, this is a beautiful design. We REALLY like the look and feel of your LOGO, especially the warm, earth friendly color tones. Could you please experiment with the gears to create either represented sun rays, or a sun behind the planet. The gears are a little rough to our eyes. Compositional-wise, this is the best 1st entry we have seen. WOW!

Orion. Nice work! -- The sun light cast on North America on the globe is very effective. Yes, please keep that improvement on all updated submissions. -- The font could be a little stronger, and less rounded and lower-case. The softness works well for the LOGO image, but we need more strength in the COMPANY NAME. Could you make the "F" of FORTIFY and the "E" of ENERGY especially strong? (ie. larger, darker, 3D) -- Thank you.

Orion,

Thank you for your latest submissions. -- We still are unsatisfied with the current fonts. Our favorite font is used in #116 and #163. However, there are notches or artifacts causing the letters to appear jagged. We really need a cleaner font, perhaps in the same style. The rounded letters of #165 are too rounded especially in the "F" of Fortify and the "E" of Energy. Could you submit 3 more fonts that are similar to #116 and #163 that are cleaner and lack any sort of "notches" or "groves" in the letters?

Lastly, would you mind trying an effect on the letters to make them look a little 3D? (ie. stroke, blocked, gradient, drop shadow, etc.) We want the company name to POP a little more.

Thank you again, we really like your work.

Orion,

Thank you for the time spent on the latest revision. However, you've strayed too far from the original design. We need to return to the original design, and JUST IN A SUBTLE WAY, change the text (FONT). Please keep the original colors, and remove the GLASSY effects. We're just looking for a better font at this point. We need to keep the original ICON, as it is soft, organic, and exactly what we are looking for.

Again, let's back up to #163 and please find a few FONTS (3) that are VERY CLOSE to #163, but are smoother. #163 is a winner. However, when we blow up #163 you can see notches in the COMPANY NAME. Specifically, the "y" and the "n" have notches and artifacts in the letters than make the letters look jagged.

We apologize for making more work for you. Thank you for going the distance with this new design, #180. But again, we LOVE #163. We just can't live with the current FONT.

A big KUDOS from the team,

I have posted at least a dozen variation. but none were considered..however i have since cleaned up all the imags uploaded and now there are 7 typeface option

you will recieve the required EPS and JPG images required by Logo touranment..in additon I will supply and illustrator version after the required uploaded files are approved.

you will be able to edit the file as required...

about EPS format: EPS is not designed to be edited it if for direct print or placement into a document..which is why I will supply and illustrator version

Thank you for the updated font.

Perhaps you are getting confused by our request. We like #236.

#237 is not clean enough. It looks as though you used a TEXT EFFECT on #236. We need the same Font as in #236.

Use #236 Font and make it bolder.

Thank you,

Eric

here is revision 2 for #236

the typeface has no bold option..in order to maintain integrity kerning has been incrrease a wee bit and a outline added and this outline is now the the word. colours same

the previous one was font substitue in order to thicken the word but that did not work for you...
