Thanks for the submissions.

1. Can we see #110 in blue?
2. Can we see #111 without the hand silhouette? You could try replacing it with a silhouette of the state of Florida.

Thanks.

Do you have any suggestions as to how you would convey a sense of speed in your design?

Logo Designer
#116 to answer your question about speed/dynamic...I prefer to keep the double d design to a simpler form and ad a slight flourish and sheer to give the notion of momentum...followed with the company name in italics...this is the simplest and most effective way to indicate movement...and is easily remembered over a more complicated busy design....people just don have time to absorb complicated.

I'll get on the other revision request shortly

#118, the icon letter "D" is a simulated motion blur made from 3 D's. the idea here is that the e trailing edges of the letter D represent documents and the main letter "D" represents a fold....We not have a simple simple and effective design that will represent Florida Divorce Documents.

#120 and #121

The icon letter D is twist on the progressive design style the 3 bars accomplish 2 things. the first is they represent paper. the second is it donates action in this case forward movement.

#111 , unfortunate I cannot make a submission with the State of Florida and the file folder, someone already uploaded a that design direction. Unless it was part of the original brief designers are not permitted to copy existing submissions.

I like the interlocking D design in #152. Can we change it from a speech bubble to a folder? How would that look?

Client
The idea of using the folder came from me and since the name of the service has Florida in it, it doesn't seem like such a stretch to me that multiple designers might use the shape of the state on the folder. However, I will respect your position and ethics as a designer. Thanks for the explanation.

Please keep in mind that, although it is not a focal point, the word "Florida" must appear in the design. Also, could you change the tagline to "fast and affordable divorce solutions"

you are correct that a map of Florida is a common/shared design element I guess how the map is implemented into a folder/paper is the key..let me work on it. Similar to how the letter D's are used

Thanks for all of the quick updates! We should have been clearer on what we liked about #152 and #159. We like the interlocking D's outlined the way you have them. We just want to remove the tail at the lower right, and add a folder tab on top. In other words, just the shape of a folder, not an actual folder. I hope that helps. Thanks.

Logo Designer
#176 is this what you have in mind, because I am not sure how to add a tab and not make it look like a folder

#179 - can you do Florida in caps like you did in #110?

Client
#179 - can you take the folder icon, move it after "divorce" and then superimpose the "docs" onto the folder? Please keep the contrast within the folder of the blue background and "docs" in white.

#179 - can we see lower case D's? Thanks.

Okay, I'm confused. It's clear to me that you want to be very careful about not copying other designer's work, but I'm confused. No one else has done what I've asked you to do. The other designer has the folder sticking up from behind the word docs. I'm suggesting that the word docs would be on the actual folder itself. In other words, there would be a square with the word docs inside the square - only the box would have a folder tab on top. For example, on #210, you would just replace the interlocking D's with the word "docs" and then move the whole thing to the end of the line instead of the beginning. I don't think that's at all the same as what the other designer has done. If I've been able to clear this up for you, I hope you'll submit the design because I really need to see it to make a fair decision for you. However, if you still feel you don't want to go in that direction, I will respect that.

Thanks either way.

AAH i mis understood I though you wanted DOC in the folder..that I cannot do because alex already had done that

once again I cannot use the word DOC inside a folder because Alexandru has already submitted that variation...

Any chance of seeing #208 and #210 without the dot over the i?

I'm not sure if you're allowed to do a complete overhaul at this point, but one of the small issues I have with your design is that it is very professional and serious - which is good. But I'd also like to balance that with a bit of style or coolness for lack of a better word. One suggestion I have is to do "Florida Divorce" in a formal small caps font and then to do something more informal with "docs". I'll leave it up to you to figure out how to do that if you like. Thanks.
