The font face in the white design fits well, although San Serif in the bigger design seems to look best.
It is also great that I can extract an abbreviated symbol by separating the top and bottom. By seperating the rings and the letter in the black design we can establish a similar result.
The symbols that you choose, the deep red and white squares as well as the rings are great in their simplicity but if you can create symbols that represent "exclusivity", "awesomeness", "performance" and "diversity" it would have a strong impact.
