Employer NetworkLogo Design Contest

It is the HUB image with the gears that I am wanting a new design concept of. The HUB image is too close to what a compeditor uses, so we are looking for a fresh design, but with the same concept in mind. The Employer Network and Onepoint logos were just for color scheme referance.

I like this concept. Can you tighten up the spiral a little more. Do a Google Image search for Milky Way Galaxy. Thanks!
