Hello hardih, thanks for your contribution. Your design is fine, I like especially the font - one oft the best of the contest, playful but good to read. Also the color variations are very cool. Although it lacks a pictoral like I expected, I still like it. Could you try to get something inside which clearly shows the community intentions?
Thanks!

Hi thanks for the comments, please check new entry #43 . The reason I don't make the actual ebook on the link that you simply because the model of ebook might change in next years and your logo will be outdated. By showing the shape of the ebook or simply make symbol will be a better look logo for long term.

Cheers,

Hi, I see, I already wondered before I read your comment. You are right, the devices might and probably will change over time. But the "comic style" things in the first ranked designs don't want to be accurate, only similar to the devices and they should be recognizable. With your design I would be afraid that people last in them and ask them what this should be.
But don't get me wrong: one can see u are a very skilled designer. The colours, the sharp edges, the form, I really like all of them very much - great stuff! But the direct e-Reading Connection and the community thing is missing...

The "thorns" in #81/#82 seem a little strange and the symbol in #94 is without doubt very creative, but I think would not be readable on my background.
#88 is a good approach, we should stick to that style. Could you make it a little more shiny, like the upper left corner of #43, make the two persons not stand out so bold and find another matching color for the buttons?
Thanks!
Oh, and please make the last designs on a background like on ebook-reader.de, so I can get a realistic impression!
