Let me know if there is something you like about the design. Also, I hope you don't mind i added a tagline to the design. {:>)

Ironpig,

Thank you for taking the time to look over the color variations I submitted. I know you were looking for Red, White, & blue and I took a moment to attempt another variation. Also, if you have specific changes to the design I submitted, please Private Message (PM) me. If you post specific changes you want me to make (to my design) in the public forum the copycats start showing up, building off my original idea and reading your suggestions for improvement to gain an advantage in the contest. Thank you for your time and I look forward to your feedback. {:>)

Respectfully,
TeamWFO47

TeamWFO47 - The comments were intended for all designers to see, I apologize if you feel this has compromised your position. I do like your work. I think you've sufficiently proven to me that the red/white/blue scheme is not going to work. If you're interested, I would like to see a design similar to #13 with a gear that looks more like the ring gear you would find in a car/truck and less like a gear that you might find in a watch. (I do like the design, just looking for something more clearly identifiable as an automotive application)

Thanks.

I’m sorry for giving you the impression that anything was wrong with the posts. In another day or two you will begin to see designs coming from everywhere and some will start to look just like the ones in the top ten.

My original intention was, If there is something you want to request specifically from a designer’s submission, it works better to ask directly (via PM) verses publicly. There are people here that just copy and build off the ideas of the other designers especially, if the CH makes a specific design request from a designer’s submission public.

I’m sorry the red, white, and blue is not working for you and I will try to make it look more like a ring gear. Are ok with the color theme for #13 or would like to explore another color theme?

Respectfully,

TeamWFO47

I do like the color scheme of #13. If there is a way to help the text stand out a little better I think it would improve the design. The frosting used on #'s 35 and 37 may help, but I'm interested in seeing what other suggestions you may have for improving the readability of the text.

On #37, you've got a good approximation of a ring gear, unfortunately it looks more like a fan blade than a ring gear. Google ring & pinion and see what comes up. I know you're generating original artwork, but the hits you get may help direct your design.

I am very appreciative of your efforts - you've read the proposal very carefully and responded well. Thank you.

Ok, i scaled the 3D look bacck while tring to keep it somewhat original and I kept the ring color light while keeping the text darker. Let e know what you think. {:>)

#38 certainly looks more like a ring gear but it looks plain without the 3/4 profile you used before.
