New 1 New 1 New 1 New 3 New 1 Comment Activity I.D.ea Factory commented on #7 Is there a way to see the three dragon cards so the logo could be geared more towards something already created, or is this what this logo is going to help you create, a look for the Dragons? Sounds like this might have been a logo for the tables and maybe the game was just one of them played on the tables... Thanks! 6 years ago I.D.ea Factory commented on #40 Same as #39 but minus the dragon claw and cards, just the floating dragon heads and a different font for DRAGON. I used this one on one of the darker background logos and like how the D and G worked together so wanted to bring it back. 6 years ago I.D.ea Factory commented on #39 Because my concept is to make the Dragons out of the suit icons I wasn't able to make the dragon heads blue, gold and red with this particular concept. I took the one you have ranked the highest of mine and added the three dragons in behind the hand of cards as if they are looking at you over and around the cards so the claw could be introduced this way and maybe even used as a secondary logo by itself at times. I have the suit icons in the claw all gold still, but felt they needed to be to tie them more to the typography. The dragon heads are floating but still tell the story. I think this one could possibly use more refining but wanted to get the concept up to see what you thought of the direction. 6 years ago rladuca commented on #7 I can't do the claw even thou it was a good idea. The game has 3 Dragon cards thats why I need the 3 Dragons in logo. 6 years ago I.D.ea Factory commented on #6 I converted all the card suit icons to gold on this dragon claw, almost like armor and then put playing cards in the dragon's claw. This could be 4 aces or a full house or whatever hand of cards you'd like to see, maybe even made custom for whatever casino it is going into with the casino's logo on the back of the cards. I like the richness of the red and gold together as the primary logo colors with the black secondary color. I took the white out of the gradient in the gold tones so it wasn't as washed out in the middle. 6 years ago I.D.ea Factory commented on #7 Same as #5 but with a different font and this one I actually added eyes and fire to each finger tip to make the into dragon heads. I flipped the G on this one as well to make the D, gives it a cool balance. 6 years ago I.D.ea Factory commented on #5 This one is not exactly a three headed dragon but a three fingered Dragon claw made up of all the card suit icons. The club makes a perfect palm with the three pads and the claw tips work well using the Spades. The claw really could represent the three headed dragon with the points at the end of the Spades being like the nose or beak of a creature. I like how the shapes of the Hearts, Diamonds and Spades almost make knuckles. I also like that not only could the icon be a Dragon Claw and a three headed Dragon but almost a crown with the Gold body and Red Jewels. So that I could use Black in the spades and club I made the background blue fading out to the black. This made me have to make 'POKER' white for contrast. When this logo is used against a white background then the letters on POKER can be the black you requested in your brief. I modified the font here a little by taking the 'G' and flipping it horizontally to make the 'D' and following that shape cut out of those letters and the 'R' I cut through the 'A' and part of the 'N' to tie them all together and make them almost space age (opposite of medieval when Dragons existed in old stories). I think the Gold and white will help this design pop against a dark wood or dark carpet of a poker table and other Casino game tables. 6 years ago
